Everyone shares the same 3 values, whether we care to acknowledge it or not. That is, we all want to be happy, we all want to be healthy and we would all like to be fit if we could. In this workshop I teach the most powerful and simple way to achieve this – by focusing your attention on 3 key areas What You Chew, What You Do and Living True.  The result being a happier, healthier, fitter you!

Target Audience: Anyone who wants to learn how the 3 keys towards living a happier, healthier, fitter life. This workshop can be conducted in any setting including general public, health centres, gymnasiums, yoga centres, employment centres, not for profits, corporations, schools – primary or secondary, universities, support networks like suicide/depression/anxiety/drug and alcohol, sporting clubs, etc.

 

Possible Formats

This workshop, can be conducted in a half to full day seminar. It can also be done over several days, as part of in-house training or a retreat type setting. This depends on how in depth you would like to go with the content. Workshops are tailor made upon request. If you are interested in shorter workshops, then its best to see my speaking page. You can book me to speak at any of your events, which can range anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Keynotes can range from 30–70 minutes, depending on your needs. The ideal keynote length is one hour.
